200 acres Melia Dubia Forest , Karnataka- (Mr. Gautam Kadam)

SANF GREENMENS PVT LTD has had an amazing experience collaborating with Mr. Gautam Kadam on Melia Dubia plantation project on his 200 acres of land, who’ll vouch for the profits that he earned (or one can earn) after he recently sold his 10 years old Melia Dubia trees. The trees were planted by maintaining a 30/30 fit gap between each plat. Hopefully, he feels now that his days of arduous yearning have come to fruition.
Mr. Kadam has been there with us since the very beginning, from land inspection to infrastructure set-up to plantation to the trees maturing. Melia Dubia fetches an income of about Rs.40.00 lakhs per hectare by selling logs after 10 years of plantation. We are in talks about another land at the moment, the work will hopefully start soon.
