As S
ANF GREENMENS PVT LTD hopped on to this Melia Dubia plantation project in
KOTHAGUDEM, Telangana, a bulk of our initial phase of work involved:
- A land inspection was conducted, where a soil sample from 4-5 feet depth of the land was collected.
- Then the soil sample was submitted to the nearby Government lab to check the physical composition (i.e. soil texture), chemical composition (i.e. Carbon credit), and biological composition (i.e. soil respiration, presence of microorganisms, earthworm presence in the soil, etc.).
- The water quality i.e. pH balance and TDS value of the water was checked.
- Groundwater level was measured and water supply was examined.
- An account of the last 5 years of crop history as well as fertilizers used on that land was recorded.
- The present infrastructure of the land was examined, including the presence of bore-well, fencing, shade for livestock, etc.
- Bore-well size was examined, and then the bore-well recharge process was conducted in order to supply an adequate amount of water.
- A final check of the farmland’s climatic condition of the last 5 years was done to see if Melia Dubia plantation was possible. By God’s grace, it was.
After all these, we had sent a comprehensive project report to the client. Then a consultation agreement was prepared by us and signed by the client. Today, the project is under maintenance, and in a matter of a few years, Melia Dubia woods would be ready for sale.
